• Design files — artwork and design files you upload through our design tool or during checkout.

• Cart activity — if you add items to your cart and provide an email address, we may save that information to follow up if your cart is abandoned.

• Send order confirmations and status updates

• Send a one-time follow-up if you leave items in your cart without completing your order

Abandoned Cart Emails

If you add items to your cart and provide your email address, we may send you a single reminder email about your cart. This email will contain an unsubscribe link. We will not send follow-up marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our site:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• ShipStation / UPS — shipping rate estimates
• S&S Activewear / Sanmar / AS Colour — product catalog and pricing data
• PostHog — product analytics and session replay. PostHog records how visitors use our site: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, and a visual replay of on-screen activity (mouse movement, scrolling, taps) so we can diagnose bugs and improve the site. Text typed into form fields — your name, email, phone, address, and similar — is masked in these replays and is never captured as typed. Session replay data is retained for 30 days. We use this to run our business, not to sell your data or serve you ads.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data processed on our behalf.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and local storage for two purposes: to maintain your shopping cart session and keep you logged in (strictly necessary for the site to function), and to power the analytics and session replay described above under PostHog. Neither is used for cross-site advertising, and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers. See "Your Rights" below to request deletion of data collected about you, including analytics data.

Data Retention

We retain your order information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders and comply with our legal obligations (typically 7 years for business records). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
