“I run my own mobile app company, and I love building relationships. Thomas is the guy I worked with on both of our orders, and this guy ROCKS! He gave us free samples to try to get the feel of the shirts (AA 50/50 vs 60/40 Gilden) and knows so much. He's easy to work with, and even said, hey, sorry we can't do this but these guys could. He's genuinely looking out to help, and the shirts are awesome. I've had one for about six months now, and it's held up the same quality after maybe 10 washes. Really happy with everything he's done!”

“I work in LA County as an EMT and I was looking for a vendor to make shirts for the station--contacted various businesses but Thomas' customer service blew everyone else's out of the water. Punctual with both email responses and deadlines, Thomas got the shirts I ordered to me in time for the holidays and everyone at the station loved them. From the beginning from when I reached out for a quote to when I went to go pick up the shirts and someone came down to hand deliver my box of shirts so I didnt have to look for parking, it has been nothing short of easy. “We ordered 200 custom-print tees (twice) from Ultimate Shirt Company. The job was single-color vector graphics printed on Next Level Women's fitted tees and Anvil Fashion Fit tees. Turnaround time was about a week, prices were competitive (around $1500 for 200 tees). Communication and customer service is top notch. It was like they were reading my mind when it came to artwork size and placement! Thomas will give you regular email updates on the job production. Payment is a breeze. As for shipment services we couldn't say, we're local so we just pick up the finished tees directly (they're located in Downtown LA). We're completely spoiled by the amicability and professionalism of this company, we'll definitely go to them for all future print jobs.”

From our first set of questions for them (we had A LOT) they replied quickly, kindly, and informatively. Thomas answered all my questions and helped with layout. It was a relatively small order (45 shirts) and I thought I was treated wonderfully! They made the shirts fast! We did have a problem with some of the shirts being stained or the print crooked. But they responded professionally with speed and courtesy! They reprinted some and refunded for some and all was handled within 48 hours. I was impressed!”

“Great communication and transparency throughout with Thomas. We emailed back and forth for about three or four days to confirm my final design. Monday morning I paid and they were ready by Wednesday without a rush fee. Design was identical and centered perfectly. $8 per branded mask (24 minimum) is a great deal. I will try the higher quality masks once they have them in stock. The masks I got fit my face, but the ear loops may be too small for bigger ears. It also has a longer chin (than my face); and it's made of cotton, so gets hot quicker.”

I am a student from USC and because we needed shirts for an organization on campus, we had to go through a long process of submitting a request for funding to the Student Government then wait until they issue a PO # directly to the supplier. Despite delays on the USC end, Ultimate Shirt Company staff were very helpful and supportive throughout the process and did all they can to meet deadlines. “Extremely happy with the entire process and final product. As a poor college student organization, we normally go with cheap online t-shirt printing companies where the customer service is non-existent, but they more or less get the job done. However, with a fast deadline, I decided to find a nearby business so we could just pick the shirts up and save time. Working with Thomas was wonderful. He was incredibly responsive to both phone calls and emails and provided me with numerous options to meet our budget. We had a bit of a complicated order with almost 200 shirts in over 15 different colors, but Thomas was able to pull together a formal invoice for us super quickly and was so helpful throughout the process. Additionally, we decided (5 days before the order was set to be picked up) that we wanted to add another side to the shirt. I frantically emailed Thomas on a Saturday, expecting not to hear back until Monday, but he responded immediately, incredibly willing to add the second side and patient with the process of procuring the final design. Our order was even ready a day earlier than they said and pick up was quick and easy. We are so happy with the way our shirts turned out and absolutely loved working with Thomas and Ultimate Shirt Company. We will definitely be using them again!”

“I've been ordering from Thomas at Ultimate Shirt Company for over 3 years now and huuuuuundreds of shirts in various designs & styles, and every order has been 100% in every aspect - timeliness, excellent customer service, friendly and helpful, fantastic result in the product, great prices, the list goes on. Their regular turn around time is better than any other printing company I have tried, and 3 years ago before I found Ultimate Shirts, I tried about 4 different companies, all of which were either absurdly priced, had horrific turnaround times, wouldn't respond for weeks, amongst other problems. Ultimate Shirts beats the sh*t out of all of these other companies. Three years later, I will continue to exclusively order from Ultimate Shirt Company and continue to recommend anyone to them. I actually recently ordered a slightly different product for the company I work for (red baseball caps with custom embroidery) and we needed it rush ordered and he got it to me within just a few days, which was amazing (even with it being embroidery vs just printing) and they looked perfect. I cannot praise Ultimate Shirt Company enough, and highly recommend them to anyone with printing/embroidering needs. His service, timeliness, pricing, and friendliness canNOT be beat!!!”

“This is a long overdue review, but I wanted to get it out there that Ultimate Shirt Company is amazing! We had a small order (27 shirts) for a kids camping trip that we wanted done. “Ultimate Shirt Company has been a pleasure to work with! Like other customers, I had to order a large order of t-shirts for a student group with several last-minute changes. But the staff were extremely helpful and responded in a timely fashion. I worked with Thomas through the whole process. He alerted me of possible trademark issues with the university, but went through the red tape for us. Communication through email was almost in real-time, so that we were able to process and get the shirts printed FAST. Pickup in downtown LA was simple as well. When the shirts were ready, I was notified and given clear instructions to use a loading zone outside the building (parking was next to impossible there). Kyle was there to personally bring the boxes down to my car to load. This saved me from circling for 30 mins looking for parking! All the other 5-star ratings prove this company is definitely worth working with! I will certainly order from them again.”

“It's always a harrowing experience when you're planning for an upcoming conference, and oh sh*t we forgot to order T-shirts. After searching extensively online for a place that could turn around screenprinted tees ASAP, I realized they were waaaay out of our budget. So I went the local route. “I had the Best experience with the Ultimate Shirt Company. I mean really!!! From beginning to end! I am a small company in my first year and had been shopping around to have my logo printed on some tank tops. My budget is tight and a local printer quoted me an outrageous amount per shirt, not only that, it took almost a week to get the actual quote. When I emailed the Ultimate Shirt Company, they replied to me within minutes. I had a 2 colored logo and asked them if they could do one color to save money. No problem! Within a few minutes they send me the actual design and I could see what my logo would look like on the tank top and gave me a prompt quote. The price was right and I ordered within an hour of finding them! The pricing was awesome! I got 24 shirts, 12 white ones and 12 black ones. I got to pick them up after one week. Their shop in in DTLA and instructions to park in the loading zone was clear and they loaded the box of shirts right into my car. The shirts look GREAT! Exactly what I imagined, the quality is nice, the cotton is soft and I opted for a little thicker shirt which is not see through( I got good advice from their customer service on that as well). The sizes are true to actual measurement, which can be tricky sometimes as well. I am super happy with my experience with Ultimate Shirt Company, I will only use them from now on.”

I cannot say enough good things about Thomas and everyone at Ultimate Shirt Company. I have used many different companies to print shirts over the years, but after working with Ultimate I have never gone anywhere else. I have done the past 2 runs of t-shirts for my band with them, and even better than the quality of their prints is their customer service.
